How To Practice Safe Dressing
My friend Janie sent this picture to me today. It is a dress made entirely from condoms! It was made by Brazilian Artist Adriana Bertini.
Bertini, a veteran of several of Brazil's fashion houses, began making these dresses in 1997. She had been doing volunteer work before that, working with HIV positive children.
The dresses can cost as much as $5,000! However, all sales proceeds go directly to AIDS charities. How's that for artistic activism?
