A New Way To Shuffle
It took me a while, but I finally broke down and purchased my first iPod. Last week I treated myself for Valentine's Day and bought the new iPod Shuffle.
For only $79 I got an mp3 player that can hold 240 songs and play for up to 12 hours, skip-free. What I like most about it is that it is so tiny and easy to handle. It is only 1.62 inches long and clips onto my coat collar (or blouse collar, pants pocket, etc.). It comes in five colors. I went with the orange one, pictured above on the right.
So far I have downloaded about 20 songs (at $.99 each, from the iTunes Store) and have added about another 30 from my personal CD collection. For me, that's plenty. I don't think I've listened to each song more than twice yet.
I think I'll eventually upgrade and get the bigger iPod Nano. For now, though, I'm really enjoying this little player with a powerful punch.
Buzzing off for now...
