Summer Cool Down: Fall '07 Fashion

So, have you gotten your Fall wardrobe together, yet? Neither have I! Victor Vargas, the "Improper Bostonian," recently presented some Fall '07 fashion trends on Boston's "Good Morning Live" TV program. Lots of bright colors with black stockings. Hmmmm, I don't know. Have a look:

Is it just me, or do black stockings make an outfit look cheap? I think I'll leave them in the hosiery department.
