Roxy Parfum: For The Girl In Every Woman

Earlier this year, Roxy, the hot clothing and accessories retailer that has been burning holes in the wallets of young girls, introduced its first fragrance, called simply, Roxy. Their PR people were kind enough to send me a sample package a while ago and, when I first read the press packet, I didn't think it was a fragrance I'd want in my collection.

I was wrong. Though I'm well past the age (and size) of someone who shops at Roxy, I am definitely not letting their fragrance slip by me. I love citrus scents, and Roxy's top note is pink grapefruit. Luscious. It breaks down to magnolia, violet, lily of the valley, frangipani, ylang ylang, amber and musk. The company calls it a "glowing, sunny floral scent which is also suprisingly sophisticated." I don't know if they expected someone like me to enjoy it, but I do and I'm sure several other women in my age group will enjoy it as well.
